Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Schedule and Earnings
* Flexible work schedule options available, including weekdays and daytime hours
- Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime
- Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you
- Contract earnings up to $19 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
- Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics

- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

To ensure a productive and successful work environment, you'll need:
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
- Ability to work in a secure and confidential environment
Important Information
* arenaflex is unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.
- Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
- The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
