Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support our staff record keeping and contract administration functions. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, including staff records and contract information - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including staff profiles, contract details, and other relevant information - Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless data entry and record keeping processes - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite (including Google Sheets and Google Docs) - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a contract administration or staff record keeping environment - Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Certification in data entry or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
