Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to individuals seeking health insurance enrollment support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage accounts, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support - Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and provide technical support - Enter application data accurately and efficiently - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period - Commitment to full attendance for the paid 3-week training period - Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet; cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles - Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a call center environment - Spanish bilingual skills, a plus
