Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise in Spanish will enable you to connect with our Spanish-speaking customers and provide them with the support they need to make informed decisions about their health insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions - Enter application data accurately and efficiently - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Manage time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop expertise in health insurance and customer service - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish - Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period - Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet - Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required - NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites - NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus
