Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
• Monitoring chat queue and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, providing a seamless and personalized experience
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a live chat environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems, including our CRM system and other software applications
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues
