Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer service team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping consumers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own device and internet connection, and will be required to have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. Responsibilities
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
- Entering application data accurately and efficiently
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Adapting to changing projects and updates with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Managing time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
- Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a call center environment
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers in a clear and concise manner
- High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Familiarity with health insurance and the Affordable Care Act, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
- Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and technical support
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, including experience with software applications and tools
- Previous experience with health insurance and the Affordable Care Act, or a strong understanding of the industry and its complexities
- Certification in customer service or technical support, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Technical Support Specialist (CTSS)
