Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients and their members to provide exceptional service and support. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their members
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and their members

  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including clients, colleagues, and management
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a remote work environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
  • Basic computer knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a union label or benefits-related industry

  • Knowledge of benefits products and services, including supplemental and permanent benefits
  • Strong leadership and team player skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
