Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues related to health insurance enrollment. - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure. - Participate in online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support to customers. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines to meet customer needs. - Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions. - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent. - Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hire. - Dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period. - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period, with a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a hard-wired ethernet connection. - NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders.
