As a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to commercial and residential consumers in the green industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all arenaflex customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. - Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. - Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone, or through online ordering, providing timely and accurate information. - Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers, driving business growth and revenue. - Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working, staying ahead of the curve and positively impacting business performance. - Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions. - Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. - Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products is a plus. - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, with a strong focus on safety and physical well-being.
