Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. You'll also be expected to possess creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver an exceptional customer experience - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies - Possess creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates - Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support role - Moderate to advanced computer skills - High level of comfort learning new technology - High level of professionalism - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable working from home - Self-motivated and success-driven - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Ability to adapt to changing projects and updates

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
