Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting legal case data into internal databases and tracking spreadsheets, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Reviewing entered data for accuracy and completeness, correcting discrepancies or escalating issues as needed to ensure the integrity of our digital case tracking systems.
- Updating and maintaining legal records with consistent and timely data entry practices, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and retrievable.
- Collaborating with legal teams to ensure up-to-date case documentation, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our case management systems.
- Utilizing Google Suite and Microsoft Excel to manage and track case progress and status, ensuring that all information is accurately and efficiently recorded and reported.
Qualifications
To be successful as a Legal Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in legal data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and case management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sites and Microsoft Excel (including formulas, filters, and formatting), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management.
