Job Summary
As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll work closely with our team to provide technical support, interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. This is a full-time, seasonal role with a competitive hourly rate, performance and attendance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer issues. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues. - Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - High level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Familiarity with health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers - Experience with cloud-based enrollment tools and platforms
