Job Summary
As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience that's second to none. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and resolving complex issues via phone, email, and online chat. With your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and passion for customer service, you'll help us achieve our mission of making health insurance enrollment simple and accessible to all.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat, resolving complex issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. - Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to health insurance enrollment and arenaflex's cloud-based enrollment tools. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or computer science) preferred - 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Familiarity with arenaflex's cloud-based enrollment tools and health insurance products - Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers - Experience with online chat platforms and social media customer service
