Job Summary

You will act as a vital link between our client base and internal teams, ensuring that customer information is recorded accurately and queries are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering customer data efficiently and accurately into our database.

  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with a positive approach and follow-up as necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service role.
