Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, you'll play a critical role in driving customer success and satisfaction for our partner company's enterprise-level clients. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate customers and franchise groups, understanding their business needs and workflows. Your primary objective will be to ensure high product engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and business reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their business needs and workflows

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure high product engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the commercial team
  • Act as the customer's internal advocate, providing feedback to product and development teams
  • Troubleshoot adoption blockers and provide tailored solutions to ensure long-term platform value
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and trade shows as needed

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Experience role within a SaaS environment

  • Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Vitally
  • High emotional intelligence with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-changing startup environment
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
