The Role
As a Neuroscience Health and Science Professional, you'll play a critical role in promoting our breakthrough therapy for patients suffering from migraine. Your primary responsibility will be to increase territory sales and develop strong relationships with assigned customers and accounts through effective product promotion and strategic business development. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of customer, market, and business acumen, as well as strong analytical skills, product knowledge, and disease state expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales in assigned territory by developing and implementing effective business and territory call plans
- Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually, using judgment to maintain customer engagement and maximize overall effectiveness
- Build strong rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments, leveraging digital tools to facilitate successful customer engagement
- Understand and leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities
- Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations
- Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance arenaflex objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activity, small business ownership, marketing, customer service, and/or account management
- Relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.)
- Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal)
- Full-time military experience
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
- Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing experience
- Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, outstanding communications skills, and demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability
- Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products
- Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations)
- Reside within the territory boundaries

- Proficiency in digital tools and virtual platforms
- Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within territories, with occasional overnight stays

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
- Annual base salary ranging from $73,100 - $227,900
- Additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus
- Comprehensive and generous benefits, including:
