Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering purchase orders into our system with speed and accuracy
- Coordinating store transfers and ensuring timely processing
- Performing high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Following up and resolving any missing information as needed
- Filling in for other departments as needed, including receptionist duties
Required Knowledge & Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree in a business-related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of high-volume data entry experience in an office environment
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
