Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative – Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to customers and company departments
- Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians to service calls using our GPS software program
- Maintaining accurate records and data, including spreadsheet information and customer interactions
- Answering multi-line telephone system and responding to customer inquiries
- Assisting with general office and administrative functions, including filing, faxing, marketing, and cold calling customers
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with GPS software programs and dispatching systems a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the plumbing and sewer service industry or a related field
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
