Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and professional services to customers and company employees, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including spreadsheet information, to support business operations
  • Answering multi-line telephone systems, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Assisting with general office and administrative functions, including filing, faxing, and other tasks as needed
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives, providing support and guidance as required
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in using GPS software programs and other technology tools to support business operations

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field; experience in the plumbing and sewer industry a plus
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and occasional overtime

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Knowledge of plumbing and sewer services, including industry regulations and best practices
