Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing friendly and professional services to customers and company employees, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including spreadsheet information, to support business operations
- Answering multi-line telephone systems, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Assisting with general office and administrative functions, including filing, faxing, and other tasks as needed

Requirements
