Job Summary
As a Remote Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering real-time support to our clients using our innovative solutions, including Brink POS, Punchh, and more. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot technical issues, provide exceptional chat support, and help shape the future of digital customer experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional chat support to our clients using our innovative solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and digital customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years' experience in customer support or IT helpdesk (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with POS and CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce)
- A tech-savvy, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of Brink POS, Punchh, and other arenaflex products and services
- Certification in customer support or IT helpdesk
- Experience working with a global team and navigating cultural differences
