Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Resolve issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Enter data into our system accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Spanish bilingual (written and verbal) required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Experience with cloud-based applications and software
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
