The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts, drive sales, and promote products effectively. Our Customer Service Specialists are the face of arenaflex, and we are looking for talented individuals who can deliver outstanding customer service while working in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Offer additional products to customers on each interaction to drive sales and promote products
- Assist customers with questions, resolve issues, and personalize the experience for each caller
- Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data

- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
- Work from home in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
What You Bring
* Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations in a high-paced call volume environment

- Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Familiarity with Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
- Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues (in partnership with IT when needed)
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Familiarity with Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
