Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) on our Inside Sales team, you will play a vital role in communicating with customers, providing valuable insights into our services, and scheduling appointments for our technicians. Your exceptional communication skills, customer service expertise, and time-management abilities will enable you to excel in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers to effectively determine service needs and provide valuable insights into our services
- Schedule appointments for our technicians in a timely manner
- Dispatch our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issues
- Prioritize and enter data into our database using computer skills
- Gain great satisfaction from helping our community with essential services
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge about computers
- CSR skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Time-management and prioritization skills
- Professional demeanor and presentation
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services
- Familiarity with CRM software and database management
