Job Summary
As a Live Chat Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support. You'll engage with customers via live chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every interaction is handled professionally and with care, while also working closely with other team members and departments to meet customer expectations and adhere to company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
