The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, handling inbound customer calls and providing assistance with orders and accounts. You'll work remotely to drive sales, promote products, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on problem-solving and de-escalation, you'll sustain a high-paced call volume while navigating multiple systems and screens. Your role will be to create a distraction-free work environment, offer additional products on each customer interaction, and assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Provide a distraction-free work environment
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Work from home with a set schedule, including one weekend day and one weekday off
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
What You Bring
* Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Familiarity with Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
- Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
