Job Summary

As a Chat Agent in USA, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat and messaging platforms to provide information, respond to inquiries, and offer assistance. Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems; escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service in all interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, solutions provided, and follow-up actions.
  • Achieve performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and chat volume goals.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate information.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, or business) preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or online support environment.
