Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, virtual presentations, and email correspondence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to address client inquiries and concerns
- Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
- Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
- Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
- Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
- Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
- Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
