Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
  • Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
  • Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and meet sales targets
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Zoom and other software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues and meet sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
