About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our healthcare clients' members. You will work from home, interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web, providing support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support
  • Helping customers resolve technical issues
  • Assisting in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
  • Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
  • Being efficient in navigating multiple systems
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
