Job Description
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Work Environment and Schedule:
* Work from home in a productive, quiet, and distraction-free environment
- Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM (no weekends)
- Must have excellent internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Must have a hardwired internet connection (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
- Must have a smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications

Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
