Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and effective support to our clients
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits, highlighting the value proposition and addressing client concerns
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage, ensuring they have the right protection for their needs
  • Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met to facilitate smooth policy issuance
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
