Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Field Service Sales Support Engineer – U2 Aircraft Program Support, you will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Support Center (CSC) for the U-2 Program. Your primary duties will include managing the Field Incident Report process, providing reports and data for aircraft parts, and serving as a key liaison to the field. You will also be responsible for developing U-2 aircraft training materials, executing delivery to onsite at customer locations around the world, and participating in hardware integration activities for new products.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Field Incident Report process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Provide reports and data for aircraft parts, including statistics and reliability data
- Serve as a key liaison to the field, including communication with engineering and other stakeholders
- Develop U-2 aircraft training materials, including classroom and practical instruction
- Execute delivery of training materials to onsite at customer locations around the world
- Participate in hardware integration activities for new products, including developing effective training and field support solutions
- Support product integration, modifications, and performance/reliability enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications
- Establish and direct a training system, including classroom and practical instruction to provide technical knowledge for the maintenance, repair, and operation of systems, according to established procedures
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum seven years of aircraft experience
- Experience with aircraft systems troubleshooting
- Experience with power-on operational checks
- Interpret tech data/ Familiarity with Technical Manuals
- Will work with and lead teams
- Strong Computer Skills including MS Office Applications
- Candidate must have final Secret clearance

- Read and interpret wiring diagrams

Work Schedule
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated arenaflex facility. The work schedule is 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Telework Classification
Employee will work on-site full-time.
