Job Summary

The Customer Logistics Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring seamless execution of customer logistics needs
• Managing direct reports, providing coaching, and developing their skills to achieve operational excellence
• Attaining daily operational goals, including customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Managing day-to-day planning and scheduling, health and safety management, and state/local/federal regulations compliance
• Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma/GED required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field
• Two (2) years or more direct supervisory/leadership experience
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and technology

• Compensation ranges for the position are below:

+ Pay Type: Salaried + Minimum Pay Range: $60K + Maximum Pay Range: $75K
