Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns to senior leadership when necessary
  • Answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to policyholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Providing coaching and guidance to junior representatives to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and skill development

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Active Personal Lines insurance license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we encourage applicants with:

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
  • Active Personal Lines insurance license
  • Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
