Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist (Claims) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in the handling of various insurance claims. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all claims are processed and managed in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all claims are processed and managed in a timely and professional manner
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making any necessary corrections or updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims, including documentation and communication with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the claims team to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to claims processing
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our claims processing systems and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent certificate required; Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word processing software, Microsoft spreadsheet software, and applicable databases, systems, and vendor software programs
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in data entry, claims processing, or a related field
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices
- Experience with claims management software and systems
- Certification in claims processing or a related field (e.g. CPCU, CIC)
