Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Windsor, NY. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and responding to customer questions with professionalism and empathy. You'll also be responsible for coordinating with field technicians, problem-solving on the fly, and supporting the team to ensure a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and respond to customer questions with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with field technicians to assign jobs based on urgency, availability, and service type
- Problem-solve on the fly using logic, gut instinct, and teamwork to resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth service experience
- Support the team by communicating clearly with technicians and coworkers, providing accurate updates, and lending a hand wherever needed
- Maintain accurate customer records using our ServiceTitan system
- Grow your skills with time, motivated CSRs may expand into outbound calling and inside sales roles
- Go the extra mile by sending follow-ups, thank-you notes, and checking in on customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
* Experience with home services (plumbing, HVAC, drains) and ServiceTitan is a huge plus
- Strong communicator who's confident on the phone and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Quick thinker who reads between the lines and knows when to loop in a manager
- Reliable team player who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment

- High school diploma or equivalent required
