Job Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. – no cold calling required! You'll receive paid training and work in a remote full-time position, enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home environment. What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who:
- Speaks fluent English and Spanish
- Resides in Pennsylvania
- Is at least 18 years old
- Has a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Has 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
- Has open availability during operating hours
- Possesses professional customer service aptitude
