Job Description:
As an Experienced Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment. Your primary duties will include:
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service, greeting each customer upon contact, and assessing their needs to provide personalized solutions.
- Leading associates utilizing effective communication skills, training, and coaching to ensure they are well-equipped to provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Ensuring associates have product knowledge and sales skills to serve customers in assigned areas, training/coaching on merchandise presentation standards, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Ensuring loss prevention and accountability procedures are followed, minimizing controllable expenses, and maintaining compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations.
- Communicating performance expectations, maintaining employee communication folders, and providing effective feedback on adherence to established performance standards.
- Operating a cash register or other sales-related equipment to enter new accounts, conduct sales, refunds, or similar transactions, and verifying and accepting multiple tenders for payment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and coach associates to ensure they are well-equipped to provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise presentation standards are met.

- Communicate performance expectations and provide effective feedback on adherence to established performance standards.
Essential Qualifications:
* Completion of high school or the equivalent.
- Retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, between the hours of 0945-1915.
- Weekend availability is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a supervisory or management position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
