Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to join our Nashville, TN office. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for communicating with clients to prepare necessary documents for their residential or organizational moves. You'll work closely with our moving teams to ensure that all documentation is properly completed, and that our clients' goods are packed, removed, and loaded efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email or phone to complete necessary documents required to coordinate the move
- Ensure all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required
- Interact closely with the moving team in preparation of the customer's goods
- Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removing, and loading of customer's goods
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team
- Perform general business support functions as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Bilingual English/Japanese; ability to read, write, and speak English and Japanese fluently
- Computer skills to include data entry and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the logistics or moving industry
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
