Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our Digital Chat/Conversational AI program. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision, managing roadmaps, and driving execution across design, engineering, and business teams. Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Digital Chat/Conversational AI program - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and business stakeholders, to drive execution and ensure alignment with business objectives - Develop and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of features - Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements - Conduct regular product demos and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and open communication - Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product decisions and drive innovation - Develop and maintain product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success - Collaborate with the data analytics team to gather insights and inform product decisions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and AI development
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products and AI development - Proven track record of leading product development from concept to launch, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions - Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks - Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience in developing and implementing conversational AI solutions - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker - Experience with data analytics tools and platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI - Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and human-centered design - Experience with product development methodologies, such as Lean or Design Thinking - Certification in product management or a related field
