Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging and educating patients, members, and customers through outbound calls to discuss healthcare needs, benefits, and in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations.
  • Bringing a sales-minded approach to each interaction, building rapport, and presenting the value of the healthcare program in a way that resonates with the member's needs.
  • Turning opportunities into wins by effectively explaining the healthcare program, managing resistance, and highlighting benefits.
  • Making an impact by helping members set healthcare goals and guiding them toward meeting those goals through education and support.
  • Being a problem-solver, identifying, researching, and resolving potential issues while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Promoting healthcare benefits by addressing member concerns with empathy and senior sensitivity, ensuring conversations are value-driven and solution-oriented.
  • Embracing the Service Plus Mindset, resolving customer concerns effectively, anticipating future needs, and delivering proactive support to enhance their experience.
  • Staying goal-oriented, achieving productivity targets while demonstrating a strong work ethic, motivation, and commitment to making every interaction a success.
