Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation (Wed-Sat Night Shift), you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our dedicated transportation services, ensuring that our customers receive timely, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of logistics professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our dedicated transportation services
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and arenaflex policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Functions

- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
- Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
Qualifications
* H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
- Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
