Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and informative responses to client inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues, escalating concerns to senior team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including account changes and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and other key performance indicators
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Experience with sales and upselling, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
