Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. With a focus on product and solutions expertise, you'll become a trusted resource for customers, providing quick and confident answers to product, pricing, and shipping questions.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, providing quick and confident answers to product, pricing, and shipping questions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
