Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring the quality and integrity of our data
  • Generating and maintaining data reports, identifying inconsistencies or issues, and alerting management accordingly
  • Performing database queries to assist with analysis and reporting, and resolving issues as necessary
  • Verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that our data is reliable and trustworthy
  • Undertaking special projects, providing periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project
  • Performing audits of your own work and that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
  • Assisting in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management
  • Providing assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to all parties and faxing decision letters
  • Accurately updating the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
  • Demonstrating and maintaining appropriate judgment with confidential information
  • Determining if work assignments need supervisor intervention
  • Performing other duties as may be assigned by management

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years

Home Office Requirements

As a remote employee, you will be required to meet the following home office requirements:

  • Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity)
  • Minimum 5mbps upload speed
  • Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
  • Private work area and adequate power source
  • Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
