Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems to provide exceptional customer support
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
- Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide personalized support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and tasks
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns to provide exceptional customer support
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolving customer issues
