Job Summary

As a Full Stack Logistics Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, leading a team of direct reports, and driving the attainment of daily operational goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, including customer service, account management, and logistics operations

  • Lead a team of direct reports, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to succeed
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Functions

  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
  • Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

Qualifications

* H.S. diploma/GED required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
  • Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
