Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and pricing questions, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have a passion for customer service, and are eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
