Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and order fulfillment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently and accurately
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
