Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Buford, GA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering legendary customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
